Today is all about the love
where is the love, the love, the love,
loving yourself …
loving your spouse or significant other …
loving your kids …
loving your mindset …
loving the possibilities …
loving your life …
In order to attract the love, you want in your life …
you must first love yourself
In order to have an incredible relationship
you have to give love in order to receive love …
when is the last time you have gone out of your
way to make your partner feel extra special …
to tell them how proud you are …
to really share unconditional love???
When was the last time you showed love to yourself
pampered yourself spoiled yourself, took care of yourself
If you can’t remember or it’s been too long
that has to change TODAY!!!
you are or should be your number 1 priority
loving yourself needs to be a daily practice
what do you see when you look in the mirror
do you love what you see
do you know you teach people how to love you, by how you love yourself
you show people every single day how you want to be treated
like attracts like
what do you do daily to love yourself and the people around you
if you are like I used to be, you probably give way more
love to those around you and put yourself on the back burner
and in reality … that’s so backwards

I (we) have raised 2 amazing young men and for the longest time
I gave everything, everything I had to both of them, all 3 if you include my husband
filling them with so much belief,
so much strength,
so much happiness
teaching them to be fearless
teaching them they can do anything
teaching them to follow their dreams and go after what they want in life
filling them up with copious amounts of love
because that’s what a mother should do, RIGHT
yes, but NO … the best way to teach, or show anyone all of that
is to lead by example
to take care of yourself
to fill your own cup
to implement what you teach
to come from a place of unconditional love
to live the life you are sharing with others
to lift yourself up as much, if not more than you do for others
Love, Love, Love,
you are worthy of love
you are lovable
you are a child of the universe
you were born perfect
you were born fearless
there were no insecurities, no fear, no judgment
just your perfect self
full of love and life
let’s go back to that state …
let’s start loving you for you
You deserve to have the best life ever …
so why not live every day full of love?
It might not be easy at first but I
guarantee if you start and stick to it …
